Martinsville Speedway
PO Box 3311
Martinsville, VA 24112

At slightly more than half a mile, the Martinsville Speewday is the shortest track on the NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Circuit. Don't let Martinsville small size fool you, because this track is one of the biggest when it comes to action. It has 800 foot straightaways and turns banked at only 12 degrees of banking, and has been called "two drag strips with a turnaround on each end". The demanding layout consistently produces some of the wildest fender scrubbing, push and shove racing on the NASCAR circuit.

Martinsville Speedway annually hosts two NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series races, two NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series races, plus the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour race and Late Model Stock Race.

Nestled in the Virginia Piedmont on Route 220, approximately 50 miles south of Roanoake, Va. and 50 miles north of Greensboro, N.C., Martinsville Speedway still maintains a small-track ambiance due in part to Clay Campbell, the third generation of the Earles family to manage the facility.

While your visiting the Martinsville Speewday, be sure to take time to enjoy the World Famous Martinsville Hot Dog. These bright red dogs have been a popular raceway food for decades, and is a favorite among drivers, crew members, and fans alike.
